N2 - Fluctuated sales and heterogeneous failure increase the challenge of warranty analysis. To consider the influence of sales and failures, this paper introduces three-dimensional coordinates for warranty mode modelling and proposes two models: Model I is a self-updating data filter based on a failure knowledge graph; Model II is developed with a 3D copula function, which is used to obtain the joint distributions of the 3D data. To illustrate the proposed models, a real case of automobile warranty is considered.
