N2 - The structure of the aerodynamic transmission casing is a key component of the transmission system. Its working speed is high, the transmission power is large and the working temperature is high. The overall temperature of the transmission case is too high, will reduce the gear, bearings and other parts of the work performance, serious can directly lead to the failure of parts, poses a serious threat to the normal operation of the aerial drive case. In this paper, during the transmission box in the work, due to excessive heat loss caused by the excessive high system temperature, carry out the transmission box thermal balance analysis. The heat balance equation of the transmission casing is established by the thermal network method. The calculation model of the heat source power and the thermal resistance are given. The temperature field distribution of the transmission casing is obtained by Matlab programming, and the precise boundary condition analysis is provided for the subsequent finite element analysis.
