Analysis for service reliability parameters of communication network

Providing with information transmission service for users is the condition on which communication networks rely for existence. The concept of service reliability of communication networks is proposed, and the service reliability parameters system of communication networks is established according to the international standards. Then the parameters are divided into time reliability, completeness reliability and correctness reliability based on users' needs and users' perceptions. Finally, the definitions of all kinds of parameters are illustrated and the relationships between parameters are explained.
