摘要

In order to shorten the down time of N C machine because of the loading, material change and positioning, the feed and unload automatically system based on zero point quick change system is proposed in this paper including the equipment improvement, offline clamping and robot transport to improve the efficiency of machine processing, then the principle of zero positioning quick change is analyzed and evaluated. Through offline aligning and clamping, it realized the moving, positioning, and clamping automatically finished at one time, the system adopts closed-loop control to realize repetitive positioning precision to ±0.005 mm which economized on manpower. Through this system, the down time of NC machine decreased from 30 min to 12 min in some structural part, leading to the higher machining velocity and raising the enterprise's economic benefits.
