摘要
Most of the existing intrusion detection algorithms are complex and consume a lot of energy, making them unsuitable for application in many resource-constrained IoT scenarios. According to the characteristics of the application scenarios of IoT intrusion detection (i.e. limited computing resources), this paper introduces the Genetic Algorithm into the Isolation Forest (iForest) algorithm, and proposes the Gen-iForest algorithm, which improves the detection accuracy of the algorithm, reduces the amount of calculation required by the algorithm, and reduces the memory space required by the algorithm, making it more suitable for deployment on IoT network devices with limited computing resources. The paper gives the realization of the Gen-iForest algorithm, and gives the experimental results and experimental analysis.
