An integrated graphene sensor for clinical biomarkers detection in a differential and portable way

摘要

We are the first to present a differential graphene-based field effect transistor (GFET) sensor, the graphene channel of which can be functionalized with various kinds of receptors including aptamers and pyrene-1-boronic acid (PBA), that integrated in a portable electrical measurement device for highly stable on-site detection of clinical biomarkers such as interferon (IFN)-¤and glucose. With the aid of the differential measurement design, effect of false signals generating from nonspecific background interferences are minimized or even eliminated.
