摘要

Multidisciplinary design optimization has been widely used in aircraft conceptual design for a long period of time, but the complexity of concept's layout makes it is easy to happen that exterior aerodynamic shape conflicts with interior components during optimization. In this paper, wing, structures, moving surfaces, wing fuel tanks, landing gear and payload are considered in a typical concept's wing layout problem, and an automated adjustment based approach is proposed and implemented, which helps to keep the wing aerodynamic shape and topology relations among components reasonable. The methods of parametrically modeling typical moving surfaces, including conventional leading-edge flaps, pitch flaps, trailing-edge flaps, all-moving tips, and spoiler slot deflectors, are also proposed, which is the basis of optimization and automated adjustment. Finally, the example concept is optimized to validate the effectiveness of proposed approach.
