N2 - On the basis of traditional maintainability design factors, such as visibility and accessibility, virtual maintenance evaluation indexes of satellite assembly and troubleshooting is built, through analyzing the satellite assembly and troubleshooting process and requirements. On the research of special operations of satellite assembly and troubleshooting affect the maintenance, the evaluation criterion of satellite virtual assembly and troubleshooting is built by considering the factual situations of satellite assembly and troubleshooting. Using the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) as the evaluation method, the assessment system of virtual maintenance-based satellite assembly and troubleshooting is constructed. By using the virtual maintenance-based assessment methodology posed above, corresponding evaluation result is given for the central controller maintenance troubleshooting simulation case, which provides a practical application for the evaluation methodology.
