摘要
For the simply supported rectangular plate, the transverse deflection of plate is expanded over the modal shapes, the electromechanical model of the plate with self-sensing actuators is built, and the state space equation described by generalized coordinate, and measurement equation, in which the current of sensors is considered as output, are given. LQG and H∞ control method are adopted. The numerical simulation for the self-sensing thin plate on which three pairs piezoelectric films are bonded, is performed. The HINF control solution is compared with that of LQG control. The simulation results illustrates the effectiveness of the control methods.
