A Production-Based Scheduling Model for Complex Products in Cloud Environment

摘要

Task scheduling, especially complicated multi-task scheduling is pervasive in the environment of cloud manufacturing. It is one of important and practical issues for the cloud manufacturing mode. However, the related researches are far from mature. Most of researches only concentrate on scheduling algorithm without considering the complicated formation of task decomposition. In this paper, we develop a general framework for modeling scheduling problems of complex product requirements which considers the characteristics of cloud manufacturing. Namely, a four-layer task scheduling model in the cloud platform is proposed, in which the process of scheduling is divided into four layers: product layer, component layer, part layer and process layer. Then, considering the NP-complete characteristic of scheduling problem and the hierarchical structure of proposed task model, different kinds of crossover and mutation operators about the genetic algorithm is proposed.
