摘要
This paper proposes a novel type of nonlinear PID(Proportional-Integral- Derivative) with FFC(feedforward controller) control strategy for 3-DOF(three degree of freedom) high performance flight simulation servo system. Firstly, the body structure of the 3-DOF high performance flight simulation servo system is described. Then, on the basis of detailed introduction of nonlinear PID theory, a novel nonlinear PID controller with additional FFC is developed. Three close-loop control architecture is adopted in the whole flight simulation servo system, and the idea of modularization design is adopted in the IPC(industrial personal computer) software. The hardware-in-the-loop simulation results, which based on a type of helicopter dynamic model, demonstrate that the flight simulation servo system using the proposed control scheme could achieve high performance in motion tracking and has strong robustness.
