A high efficiency aeroelastic analysis method based on rigid external aerodynamic force and elastic correction by high-order panel method

摘要

There have been three conventional aeroelastic analysis methods currently to be chosen for complex aircraft, while they all have their own unique features and application fields. Low-order panel method, such as NASTRAN,is the fastest one, and the result is acceptable after CFD or wind tunnel aerodynamic force is imported. But its flightload result are two dimension, which is hard to be applied in structure design.CFD-CSD method gets the highest precision and three dimension flightload result, but its low calculation speed make it impossible to undertake million cases calculation magnitude, such as flight envelop calculation. ZONAIR, a combination of high-order panel method and modal method, although has successfully balanced the speed and precision,it is not intuitive to give an explanation for some result in modal space. In this study, we propose a new aeroelastic analysis method named 3D-Fld that can not only achieve a three dimension result tightly coupling with finite model, but also calculate with high efficiency to handle million cases caclultion task. In the proposed method, AIC(Aerodynamic Influence Coefficient)matrix of high-order panel method is used for aerodynamic analysis and elastic correction, while Flexibility Method is used for structrue static analysis. After adaptive iteration method is applied and external aerodynamic force is imported, the aeroelastic response will be accurate. Furthermore,this method only costs one minutefor one case of aeroelastic ananlysis with a 3192 aerobox model in a computer with i7 2.9GHz CPU and 4G memory.
