N2 - In this paper, a 2-bit reconfigurable reflectarray element with line polarization convert function is proposed. The element not only has the function of linear polarization conversion, but also can realize the 2-bit phase reconfigurable function by loading PIN diodes without affecting the polarization conversion rate. With 16GHz as the center frequency, the transmission coefficient of the designed element is better than -1 dB with 5% bandwidth, the phase error is less than ±10°, and the polarization conversion ratio is better than 95%.
