摘要

In corrosive environment, the use of shipboard aircraft has two main characteristics: The main load causing fatigue damage occurs during flight, and flight time is much shorter than the ground parking time. Therefore, failure or accident caused by corrosion damage of shipboard aircraft structure is mainly caused by failure of coating anticorrosion function during ground parking. At present, few quantitative models for the life of organic coatings. And the influence of coating life is seldom considered in the corrosion fatigue test of shipboard aircraft structures with coating. In this paper, the degradation model of the coatings in corrosive environment is established by analyzing the degradation curve of low-frequency impedance of coating, and then the lifetime of organic coating was determined. Then combined with the equivalent damage evaluation method of fatigue damage in corrosive environment, the corrosion fatigue life evaluation method of shipboard aircraft structure with coating protection system is proposed. Compared with the present corrosion fatigue test, this method is more scientific, generalized, and convenient for application.
