A Conducted Emissions Modeling Method for Radio Frequency Integrated Circuits

摘要

A conducted emissions modeling method for radio frequency integrated circuits (RFICs) is proposed to analyze the electromagnetic interference (EMI), which is based on the conducted emissions model of integrated circuits electromagnetic interference (ICEM-CE). It includes two components: the passive distribution network (PDN) and the internal activity (IA). After port parameters are measured, the vector fitting is used to generate the equivalent circuits for the PDN. Then, the IA is obtained through fitting the currents on pins of RFICs. By using this method, one low-pass filter chip is modeled to validate the effectiveness.
