高速磁悬浮鼓风机涡轮锁紧装置设计分析及试验

摘要

High-speed maglev blower due to the workings of a high-speed direct drive, compared to traditional blower can significantly improve the work efficiency, furthermore due to the magnetic suspension bearing supporting without oil film lubrication, has the advantages of cleaning, ultra-quiet, low maintenance cost and so on. However, compared with the traditional turbine installation, high speed maglev blower has special request for turbine locking device to meet the operating requirements of high speed and high stability. Based on a rated power 315 kW high-speed maglev blower with rated speed of 30 000 r/min, its turbine locking device has been analyzed. The mechanical models of four conditions such as accelerating process, steady speed operation, slow down and accidental dropping process have been listed to analyze its working principle and the possibility of failure. Finally, the turbine locking device has been improved for the magnetic suspension rotor impact load, and the reliable locking under all conditions has been proved by practical application. It may provide reference for the similar mechanism.
