摘要
In the "Internet+" environment, users can deeply participate in the full lifecycle process of product design, manufacturing, operation and maintenance, such that personalized requirements for customized products are constantly increasing as the proportion of customized production in the manufacturing industry gradually increases, how to adapt to wide-range customer requirements in different forms from the Internet, improve the level of intelligence for customized design, and promote the transformation of production mode from homogenization to customization, have become the key problems to be solved in the design of “Internet+” customized products. To this end, the basic principles of adaptive design of customized products in the “Internet+” environment are summarized, and an intelligent adaptive design architecture is proposed. Three key technologies involved in the architecture are elaborated, including multi-modal data unified description in the full lifecycle, product function-behavior-structure mapping driven by requirements data and design change path evolution and decision making driven by change data. Finally, the intelligent adaptive design of the fuel tank of a hydraulic machine is carried out according to the customer requirements from the Internet, which proves the effectiveness of the proposed approach, and also provides a reference for the development of the design theory for “Internet+” customized products.
