摘要
Bimetal-doped TiO2 is prepared through coating on honeycomb ceramics by sol-gel method‚ and its performance is evaluated in a fixed bed device.The effects of bimetallic species (Mn-Ce‚Cu-Ce and Fe-Ce)‚the doping molar ratio of Cu to Ce‚reaction temperature (25-90℃) and H2S mass concentration on the performance of the catalyst in mercury removal are studied.The results show that Cu-Ce is the best doping element couple‚the optimal doping molar ratio is n(Cu) ∶ n(Ce) = 1 ∶ 2‚and the optimal reaction temperature is 25℃ . Under these experimental conditions‚the optimal mercury-removal efficiency of Cu2CeTi-400 is 90. 4%.The mercury-removal of the catalyst can be inhibited if the mass concentration of H2S in natural gas is higher than 0. 4‰.Cu doping helps the catalyst improve the mercury-removal performance under H2S atmosphere but causes its oxidability to drop.
