窄线宽半导体激光器的驱动和温控设计

摘要

In order to obtain real-time adjustable laser output with narrow linewidth and stable power, ATLWS200MA103 driving module and TECA1 series temperature control module were used to build the driving and temperature control circuit of semiconductor laser, and the performance indexes of laser output were tested. It is verified, under this driving circiut, the laser linewidth can reach 5 kHz and the optical power stability reaches 0.1%. The frequency sweep experiment was performed by using the waveguide cavity, and the relationship between the change amount of both the driving current and the center frequency of the laser is obtained.
