摘要

A CFD framework CIP-ZJU (constraint interpolation profile model in Zhejiang University) is proposed for the study of small scale numerical simulation of tidal bore. In this model which is based on high order difference CIP method, the Navier-Stokes (N-S) equation is dispersed, and the free surface is reconstructed by using THINC (tangent of hyperbola for interface capturing) method which is VOF (Volume of Fluid) type with high precision and good compactness. Firstly the classical dam breaking problem is simulated for model verification. Good agreement is obtained by comparing the computational results with experimental data. Then, the model is applied to the study of tidal bore problems, focusing on back bore and water level change process. Several rules and conclusions are obtained. The work of this paper enriches the small scale numerical model of tidal bore, on the other hand, further broadens the application field of the CIP-ZJU model.
