摘要

The temperature measuring crystal shows a broad application prospect in the temperature test of high temperature turbine components due to its advantages of small size,high precision and fast response. This paper provides an overview of recent advances in crystal temperature measurement technology from four aspects:calibration method, temperature identification, sensor installation position and its application in high-temperature turbine components. The research progress of the lattice structure of temperature-measuring crystals and the changes of irradiation defects with the annealing temperature is introduced. The important parameters and methods for characterizing crystal defects during calibration and temperature interpretation are described,including the diffraction peak position method,lattice swelling method,and resistivity method and the research progress and problems of these methods are analyzed and compared with their temperature measurement accuracy and scope of application. The installation technology of crystal sensor and its practical application in aero-engine are reviewed.
