建设项目员工责任心对安全行为的影响

In construction projects, the unsafe behaviors are very important reasons of accidents, this research aims at studying the influence of conscientiousness on safety behavior in construction projects. Firstly, according to the existing studies, the hypothesis structure equation modeling (SEM) is established, considering the influence of conscientiousness (C) on the safety behavior (SB) directly and indirectly, and the hypothesis that the working age (WA) has the moderating effects of influence of C on SBs is developed; secondly, the data are collected and the previous hypotheses are verified by the data, it can be found that C can promote the compliance safety behavior (CSB) directly and promote the participation safety behavior (PSB) and CSB indirectly through safety culture, besides the WA of workers have the remarkable moderating effects of influence of C on the two types of SBs; finally, the results are deeply discussed and combined with the moderating effects of WA, some suggestions which are useful/workable and targeted are put forward.
