大型科学装置在航空发动机高温结构材料和涂层上的研究与应用

摘要

The characteristic of high temperature structural materials and coatings of aero-engine exhibit as high density, complex structure, extremely condition, complex load. It is a great challenge of traditional testing technology for high temperature structural materials and coatings on its research of failure mechanism, nondestructive testing, and life prediction, which cannot achieve the requirements of higher temperature, higher speed and higher reliability for aero-engine. The technology of the large scientific facilities of synchrotron radiation and neutron scattering technique with such excellent performance of high penetrability, high precision, high coupling and the characteristics of high flux, which is more suitable for the research and applications on aero-engine high temperature structural materials and coatings in the future. However, the improvement of investigations is still required for further investigation, such as related algorithm, special line station and typical environment. This paper focuses on the research and engineering applications of synchrotron radiation and neutron scattering techniques for high temperature structural materials and coatings of aero-engines in recent years.
