摘要
Herringbone gear has the advantages of high coincidence degree and large bearing capacity, which is often used in heavy-loaded and high reliable equipment.By means of centralized parameter method, multi-body dynamics method and finite element method, the time-varying nonlinear dynamic model of multi parallel shaft herringbone gear power split transmission system is established, and the dynamic response characteristics of dynamic delivery error fluctuation, dynamic meshing force, gear center trajectory and bearing force of the left and right halves of herringbone gears in the system under internal excitation are quantitatively analyzed. The results show that the eccentric load exists in the left and right halves of herringbone gear in the system, which is the source of vibration and noise of the system.
