摘要
The physical basis of cooperative dust removal of a desulfurization system is the capture of particles by one single droplet. The introduction of a new physical mechanism to enhance the droplet capture can further improve the effect of cooperative dust removal. In this paper, sound field was used as an additional physical field. Numerical simulations were used to study the migration behavior of particles around a droplet and the deposition distribution of particles on the droplet surface. The results show that the sound field causes the oscillation of particles in the direction of sound wave. The amplitude and velocity of oscillations increase significantly with the decrease in particle size and the increase in sound pressure level. Sound field changes the migration behavior of particles, the migration results of some particles(deposition or escape)and the modes of deposition particles(deposition before separation or deposition in a reverse flow region). The deflection of particle velocity caused by sound field results in the deviation of its deposition position from the deposition area in the absence of sound field. The deposition distribution characteristic on the droplet surface changes from discreteness to diffuseness.
