摘要
The CURVIC coupling is widely used in the connection of aeroengine shafts. It is of great significance to study its structural design method and machining process for the analysis of aeroengine rotor dynamic characteristics. Firstly,the design theory of CURVIC coupling is analyzed,the basic structural parameters of CURVIC coupling are established,and the similarities and differences of parametric design methods are compared. Secondly,the simulation analysis and test verification of tooth surface stress are introduced,and some new structural design examples are listed. The problems existing in the structural design technology are revealed and the solutions are put forward. Then,the centering principle of CURVIC coupling is explained by means of elastically averaged method. Current situation and application of centering accuracy analysis and assembly accumulative error analysis are introduced. Finally,the processing method,machining equipment,testing equipment and detection method of CURVIC coupling are reviewed,and the existing problems and possible research directions are pointed out. The results show that the effects of the CURVIC coupling structure on the rotor dynamic characteristics should be taken into account to meet rotor design requirements. If the problem of machining precision could be solved,using general equipment for processing CURVIC coupling has cost advantage. According to the urgent needs of fine detection,research and exploration of novel detection method need to be accelerated.
