双向受力的开槽混凝土叠合板力学性能试验研究

摘要

To solve the problem that the extended reinforcement bars in the joint of two-way composite slab conflict with other components and affect construction,two-way concrete composite slab with notches was proposed. Notches were reserved in the joint and additional reinforcement bars were placed in the notches to connect the adjacent prefabricated slabs. Three specimens were designed to experimentally study the mechanical properties of the proposed slabs. The results show that the bearing capacity and stiffness ratio of the two-way concrete composite slab to the cast-in-place concrete slab are 0. 99 and 1. 08,respectively. The ductility coefficient of the two-way concrete composite slab reaches 9. 59 and the failure modes of both are consistent with each other. Increasing the number of notches has little effect on the elastic stiffness,cracking load and ultimate strength of the specimen,but can improve the ductility of the composite slab. Two-way concrete composite slab with notches can effectively transfer the force between the prefabricated slabs and has mechanical properties consistent with the cast-in-place concrete slab. When applied to practical projects,the two-way concrete composite slab with notches can improve construction efficiency,reduce the usage of steel bars and increase economic performance,which has broad application prospects.
