摘要
Energy constraint is one of the focal points for steelmaking and continuous casting scheduling under carbon peak and carbon neutralization background. Based on the coupling characteristics of energy flow and material flow in steel production, a multi-objective scheduling optimization model was established to minimize the total waiting time and the maximum completion time. Then, an improved multi-objective genetic evolution algorithm (NSGA-Ⅱ) based on fitness stratified evolution and prophetic population strategy was proposed. The numerical results based on the actual steelmaking and continuous casting production scheduling examples show that the proposed multi-objective scheduling model can complete optimal scheduling under the energy constraints, and the prior knowledge and hierarchical evolution strategy significantly improve the performance of NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm.
