Abstract

Optimization modeling of stamping direction is built, which the angle related with reference direction is used as variable, the original contact area, the contact numbers and dispersion of contact point are used to create objective function based on auto body panel stamping direction influencing factor. The improved analytic hierarchy process (AHP) which evaluating level of every expert is endowed with weight values by entropy theory is proposed in order to overcome defects which the weight values of objective function are computed by mathematics method during optimizing. The different stamping direction depends on different weight values which are computed by either mathematics method or improved analytic hierarchy process is achieved by genetic algorithm. The validity of simulation results is confirmed after the different auto body panels which weight values have been applied are tested by self-development KMAS software.
