The virtual prototyping technology for complex product is one of the hotspots in current CIMS technology. The development of the virtual prototyping has become a systemic engineering. It is a synthetic technology based on specialistic techniques and modeling/simulation techniques related to product, information techniques, multimedia/virtual reality techniques, AI techniques, system techniques and management techniques, etc..
