Abstract

Currently, rail transit has become one of main ways for people's travel. However, its electrical equipment and wireless electromagnetic interference (EMI) sources can generate EMI and influence its operation safety. To solve this electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) problem for rail transit in the complex electromagnetic environment, its anti-EMI ability is studied in this paper. Firstly, EMI problem and its solution are presented. Secondly, from the aspects of grounding, filtering, shielding, wiring and the selection of electronic components, the anti-EMI design method for rail transit vehicles is proposed. Based on these, from the system-level and vehicle-level viewpoints, the detailed anti-EMI design method is proposed. Finally, taking Shanghai Line 6 and 8 Projects as examples, the effectiveness of the proposed EMC design methods is verified through the field test.
