Use of fuzzy optimization in conceptual design of fighter

Abstract

Linear function is used to form the satisfactory functions of the objectives and constraints of the integrated aerodynamic-stealth design of fighter geometrical parameters, such as the root chord and tip chord of the wing, half span of basic wing, the leading-edge sweep-back of the wing, the side-way elongation coefficient and the radius of the fuselage at the interface position with the wing, and then, based on these functions, the multiobjective fuzzy optimization model was established by using comprehensive weighting method. Penalty function is used to transfer the constrained optimization to unconstrained optimization and the Simplex Method is used to solve this optimization problem.
