N2 - A series of four split ring and cross combine structures that can exit Fano resonance have been proposed, which can be used as a highly sensitive sensor in the Terahertz band. The original symmetric and one asymmetric structure have been fabricated. We experimented to make sure that the fabrications agree very well with simulation results. Besides, three types of germ have been detected by bio-sensor based on the asymmetric structure. The measurement results show that there are significant frequency and amplitude offset (~147GHz) among these transmission curves. The measurement results demonstrate that our Fano resonance structure can be used as the potential bio-sensor in the future.
