Abstract

In this paper, theory analysis and lubricate calculation have been combined to study the friction, lubrication and wear of tribological system of the normal working cylinder liner- piston rings in internal combustion engines. The interrelations between the tribological behaviors of the system have been investigated under the guidance of the system theory. On the basis of the results, the para - curve surface rings have been selected as objects and the parameter of S195 internal combustion engines have been used to work out a current computer software. The software have not only provide a method for tribological design and system optimum, but also can be used to predict using results of the system.
