Abstract
According to the hybrid sounding rocket timing control demands for pre-launching preparation process, emission process and flight course, a ground emission timing control system was proposed for hybrid sounding rocket, a timing control system of reset signal, electricity conversion signal, ground power signal, acquisition system trigger signal, igniter, liquid path electromagnetic valve, was pressurization electromagnetic valve, auxiliary way blowing electromagnetic valve and main road blowing electromagnetic valve was designed. With PLC and microcontroller as the core control device, an accurate timing control to onboard control circuit power turning, data acquisition system triggering, launching and oxidant blowing was implemented. The system, with advantages of simple operation, good stability and high reliability, has been successfully applied to hybrid sounding rocket range test several times and completely meets hybrid sounding rocket's needs for ground emission.
