Abstract
The optical control servo system, which is immune to electromagnetic interference and speedy for information transmission, is introduced in this article. The photostrictive material PLZT ceramics and its practical structure for the optical-drive device used in the optical servo valve as an important part are illuminated here. At last, through the modeling and simulation of the whole optical system, not only the immune ability to electromagnetic interference is discussed here, but also the effect to the accuracy of the optical drive PLZT device by different control methods is compared, all of which is in order to probe into the practicability and remained questions of this system and the optical-drive device.
