Abstract
Combined with the process of high-precision panel, the cause of torsion in manufacturing was analyzed and an effective solution was also put forward. The calculation method of shear stress was got by using finite element method (FEM), which provided a theoretical basis for the stitching of high precision panel with large area and big curvature. And the numerical results agree with the experimental ones well.
