The Safety Risk Assessment Method for Logistics UAV Considering Environmental Impacts

Research output: Chapter in Book/Report/Conference proceedingConference contributionpeer-review

Abstract

The research selects logistics unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) as the object of analysis, takes into account the actual scenarios of logistics UAV operation, summarizes and analyses the environmental factors affecting UAV operation safety, and obtains four types of environmental factors for modelling. For UAVs in logistics tasks, the meteorological influence, ground conditions, communication situation and airspace threat of them are considered respectively. With regard to the safety status and paraments of UAVs, combined with environmental impacts, the accident rate, area size and other indicators, the risk assessment model is constructed. The logistics UAV safety assessment method considering the environmental impacts is finally proposed, which can be applied to the analysis of practical scenarios for logistics tasks, so as to provide guidance and technical support for the scientific management of logistics UAVs and the prevention of accidents.
