Abstract

Aiming at the character of large size and high precision reflector panel, taking the forming technique of high precision reflector panel which is based on the principle of " discrete nails die, honeycomb sandwich, vacuating press ", based on structure parameter test and stiffness test, ensuring sandwich panel structure which satisfy large scale and high precision reflector panel; based on the method of numerical simulation, ensuring the changing rule of surface precision which is in working state under the effect of gravity and environment temperature, providing a basis on ensuring the using condition for high precision reflector panel.
