The research of phase center of log-periodic dipole antenna

Abstract

This paper researches a method about obtaining phase center of the log-periodic dipole antenna, and verifies the result mainly through commercial electromagnetic simulation software and the analysis of variance. In the process of verification, variance is used to find the correctness of the phase center by computing to obtain a small fluctuation. Thus compare the result through directly simulating and the results of the analysis method to achieve the purpose of validation. At the same time, the mathematical model of the analysis of variance is established. All relevant factors affecting the result of the trial by analyzing data will gain. With the series of computing, verifying and analyzing, the phase center of log-periodic dipole antenna is accurately and effectively found in order to guide the practice.
