Abstract

The definition, importance of customer loss analysis of logistics enterprise was introduced briefly. The model procedure of customer loss analysis of logistics enterprise was studied, and the model of customer loss analysis was made by using data mining policy-making tree method. The actual experiment was done to test the model, the loss characters were found by analyzing the information of a railway logistics company customer. The result is useful to make precaution tactics and methods against customer loss.
