The model procedure of customer loss analysis of logistics enterprise was studied, and the model of customer loss analysis was made by using data mining policy-making tree method. The actual experiment was done to test the model, the loss characters were found by analyzing the information of a railway logistics company customer. The result is useful to make precaution tactics and methods against customer loss.",
