Abstract

This article comprehensively and systematically expounded the pulp conveyor peak dispersion of motor drive reciprocating pump. Under the premise of analysis on a single of reciprocating pump flow and pressure fluctuation, the authors discussed the reasons for the superimposed pulp peak and the two conditions to eliminate peak superposition on the multiple transmission lines to the same pump, and identified the best phase angle value. Aimed at the existing multi-carrier system for the coordination of motor pumps, the authors used synchronous control strategy of related axis. The synchronization control algorithm was proposed based on coupling compensation and then the pulp peak was dispersed.
