Abstract

Based on analyzing the cosmonaut operations in spaceflight, the concept of "metaoperation" and the method of establishing the "metaoperation" set are put forward by means of the human reliability theory. Found on PMS(Phased Mission System) and HCR(Human Cognition Reliability) model, the model framework of human reliability for complicated spaceflight mission is set up.
