Abstract

This paper adopts an econometric approach to study the relationship and impact between the science and technology innovation system and public libraries. By constructing an indicator evaluation system and OLS regression model for the two, the relationship between the two is analyzed using econometric methods such as ADF test, cointegration test and Granger causality test. The results show that there is a long-term equilibrium relationship between the science and technology innovation system and public libraries, and that they influence each other and develop synergistically. The relevant results provide a reference for building an innovative country and the future development of public libraries in China.
