The influence of PAN solution concentration on lunminscene properties of (PAN/ZnO)10 composite films

Abstract

As a kind of semiconductor materials with broad band gap, ZnO is widely used in many areas. ZnO colloids were prepared by sol-gel method, and (PAN/ZnO)10 composite films were fabricated by electrostatically self-assembly method in this paper. The UV-Vis absorbance spectra, emission and excitation spectra were used to characterize the structure and luminescence properties, and the influence of different concentration of PAN on composite films was discussed.
