Abstract

This paper sorts out the analysis process and characteristics of Controller Area Network(CAN) bus in the automotive field, then analyzes and summarizes CAN bus test methods and electromagnetic compatibility(EMC) characteristics. EMC analysis is carried out on the test data of the physical link layer in the CAN bus test, and the influence of the corresponding interference source on the bus waveform is studied. The comprehensive applicability of the Basic Emission Waveform Theory in the field of automotive bus EMC is analyzed.
