N2 - In this paper, typical interference signals are injected into the control port of Single-Pole Single-Throw (SPST) analog switch to perturb the control voltage at the port, which simulates complex electromagnetic environments. We monitor the waveforms and voltage values of both input and output ports, when abnormalities are detected, it indicates that the SPST analog switch generates an electromagnetic susceptibility in response to the injected interference signal. The power of the interference signal is registered at this point, and its susceptibility threshold is determined through subsequent processing. We analyze the susceptibility threshold curves for different interference signals and explore the susceptibility characteristics. Different types of interference signals, including continuous wave, pulse-modulated, and frequency-modulated, can impact SPST analog switch differently. This leads to the conclusion that pulse-modulated interference signals pose the highest susceptibility risk to the SPST, whose susceptibility is related to the duration of electromagnetic interference. Therefore, it should be taken higher priority of electromagnetic interference with longer durations in one signal period.
