Abstract

Piezoelectric ceramics Pb0.955La0.03(Zn 2/3Nb2/3)0.3(ZrxTi 1-x)0.7O3 with different Zr contents were fabricated by hot-pressing sintering process, and their piezoelectric constant d33 at room temperature were obtained. d33 value of 0.3PZN-0.7PZT ceramics with Zr 52% content fabricated by hot-pressing sintering process, can reach 740 pC/N. Resonance frequency fr dielectric constants ε r, electromechanical coupling factor K31 and piezoelectric constants d1 were measured as a function of temperatures between 10°C and 100°C. The above mentioned values were compared with those of Pb0.955La0.03(Zn 1/3Nb2/3)0.3Zr0.37Ti 0.33O3 fabricated by conventional sintering process. The results show that the temperature stability of piezoelectric ceramics fabricated by hot-pressing sintering process is better than that by conventional sintering process.
