Abstract
The first step of the compound forming process of profile hot stretch-bending and creep is to pre-stretch the blank after the blank is heated to the suitable temperature for hot forming.And then the shape of the blank is kept for a certain period after fitting the blank to the mold. The purpose of the second stage is to achieve precision forming in one forming cycle by utilizing the creep characteristics. The hot stretch-bending and creep forming are combined in this technology, which reduces the springback of the component, improves the forming precision, and reduces the manufacturing costs. This paper introduces the basic theories, process route, advantages and equipment of this technology home and abroad, and forecasts its development trend.
