Abstract

The research of electromagnetic environment (EME) simulation and visualization is widespread in the field of civil communication and electronic war. The issues and classification were introduced, focusing on the theory and technology of EME modeling and simulation. Then the current situation home and aboard of EM simulation and visualization was analyzed. It covered five aspects such as the architecture design of simulation system, current situation of electromagnetic simulation in complex environment, parallel computing in electromagnetic simulation, software related to EME simulation and visualization of EME. Finally, the development trend of EME simulation and visualization was predicted.
